I have 75 cookies to make for this weekend. They are cupcake cookies. How much RI do I need. If I make 2 batch's, is that enough?
I think two batches sounds good (as long as each batch yields 6 cups). I think it's probably too late to help you anyway. But I can't wait to see how your cookies turn out!
