I made my first batch of Michelle Foster's fondant last night and I'm in love! Why on earth did I ever use any other fondant??? It was so easy to make, easy to color and delicious. Thank you Michelle and all of you cc'ers for convincing me. I will never go back!

I totally agree! Try adding some melted white chocolate sometime - it's wonderful!!

I am going to try that recipe as soon as I can! I heard it's awesome! Is it pliable and easy to put over cakes??
