How Much Should I Charge For This Cake?

Hi,
I'm a beginner to cake making and have been making cakes for family b'days and holidays. Ihe mats a hobby and not a profession. I made this Thomas the Train cake for my sons b'day. A friend of my friend's asked me if I could do a smaller one like that for her sons b'day. The cake in the picture could feed 40-50 people. but she needs one that can feed 15-20 people. No idea how much I should charge....... Its lots of work as I make MM fondant myself .Would appreciate any help with deciding....

Well..I charge $5.00 a serving for my 3D cakes.My minimum is 15 servings so I would at least have a base price of $75.00.Now add in the extras from there.I would say at least $100.00-$125.00

Your cake is awesome , i would charge a lot looks like its time consumming

Yes it looks like a lot of work. I would go at least $100 maybe more depending on your time and effort. I just sold my first cake recently and thanks to all the wonderful advice from people @ CC I did not sell myself short. You shouldn't either.
