I'm doing a sex and the city theme, shoe is done. How and what do I use to make a manolo label? I have a black edible pen. Is it rice paper, waffel paper, thinly rolled fondant? Please help party is saturday so buying online is a no go. Also how would I attach it?

You can use a thin piece of gum paste and write with the edible pen.
