How would I color white chocolate candy clay?? Power colors? Also would i brush it on or mix it in the clay?

the safest/most reliable way is to use oil-based candy colors. most of these have to be bought on-line or at a specialty store, although wilton has a couple pre-packs available at most places including michael's and i think there is one or two of a different brand at a.c.moore.
the easiest way is just to mix in the color after you add your corn syrup.
you can use powders but your are going to have to work a little bit more to get the color distributed.
i have not done this, but in theory you are able to use your regular colors if you use flo-coat.
