Okay so this is a shameless plug for ya'll to check out my cakes I did for the ICES Convention. I have spent over a week working on these things.

Now I'm off to see how light I can pack since these cakes are taking up most of the luggage room. I've been told if we buy anything on the way back we'll have to start leaving cakes behind.

TexasSugar, the cakes are fabulous! I'm bringing only one piece (which I'm still working on BTW).
This is my first convention so I'm testing the waters. I hope that I'll learn so much that by the time San Diego rolls around I'll have several pieces to show.
Thank you! Please don't look too close to my cakes in person, the pictures show a 'better' side of them. 
I still haven't picked a favorite yet. I like all of them for different reason.
