I just got asked to make a cake for a woman at work that is leaving for another job. It's our Human Resources VP.

I am drawing a complete blank on cake ideas. Any thoughts would be appreciated....

Not sure what type of woman this is for (fun-loving, very proper, fuddy-dud) but how about a cake that looks like a box of tissues to wipe the tears of her co-workers that are going to cry when she leaves...
You could write: "we're going to cry when you leave...."

Thanks! Well...in the meantime I have been asking some co-workers their thougths and one told me she has a boat so I might try to do something with that.
