I think tis is just amazing(maybe it's just my newbieness icon_rolleyes.gif )
How do people blow sugar? Does anybody out there have a tutorial, or know what you need to be able to do this?

I don't have the answer you are looking for but someone on here started a thread back last year when I very first joined this site,they even had a recipe but you have to use a blow torch and that kind of scared me off!
