What is the most asked for filling that you do?
what is the recipie. I'm trying to make my recepie book a little ..hmmm less empty. LOL.

My favorites are the Italian Meringue BC w/either raspberry puree or nutella (choco hazelnut spread). I've also done a few w/a basic flavored pudding (my fav. is white cholocate pudding).....and rcvd lots of compliments.

Bavarian creme here......sometimes with strawberries, or some other type fruit.

Vanilla mousse with fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas) or Chocolate mousse. My personal favorite is White chocolate mousse with raspberries, this is especially good with a chocolate cake.

I used a simple seedless strawberry jam mixed with buttercream and everyone loved it. You could use any flavor jam that you wanted.

coconut....I make an almond joy cake. Chocolate cake with coconut filling and an almond buttercream.
Everyone LOVES it

My favroite is Oreo cookies and cream filling but my most requested is strawberry or bavarian creme!
