I wanted to make the pregnant belly cake ( breasts included) 
any tips would be helpful and what pans to use. thanks!

I used the Wilton Sports Ball Pan for the belly and the Wilton Mini Wonder Mold for the boobs.
My tip would be make sure you put a cookie sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to catch any spillage I started a little fire and my kitchen smelt for days!
