I have been trying to make a beer bottle mold and I can't get my mold thick enough. Well I need the cake on Saturday, and I am out of time. icon_cry.gif Is there anyone in the Dallas/Ft Worth area that will loan and/or sell me a beer bottle mold? Please PM me!

How thick is your mold? mine was only about 1/4 inch and was still squishy. I put it into a tall playtex sippy cup and used that to hold/turn it while I poured in the hot sugar.

What are you making the mold out of? You can get mold builder at Michaels, apply 12 coats (dry in between coats) and have a mold ready to use before Sat. if you start now.
