Could It Be True? Baking At Home In Mi?

I was looking up what to do to get a business license, and I found this!:

I will literally pee my pants if this is true. Okay, not literally, but you get the idea.
I'm in MI as well however when I contacted the Dept. of Agriculture she told me that a separate entrance to the bakery is required, so don't pee your pants quite yet, unless of course you do have a separate entrance
Dang it! I guess I will have to keep my bladder under control for now. haha
Update: I told my husband about needing a separate entrance. We're going to build a house when he's done with the military, and I'm getting a second kitchen!
