Cranberry is kind of a maroon color, right? The Wilton chart says to make maroon, mix red red with burgandy. http://www.wilton.com/decorating/icing/icing-color-chart.cfm I know red changes color as it sits so you might want to color it the day before you use it...especially if you're using americolor super red. That darkens a lot overnight.
