I need help for a whipped cream frosting recipe. It needs to be stable enough to make roses. The person wanting the cake does not like buttercream. Thanks for your help
I was just about to write the same posting. Im not a fan of buttercream and would like something lighter (can have butter if it doesnt taste greasy) that can still make borders. Hope we get some responses!!!
