Hi everyone, just had a quick question for all the fab decorators on CC! I have a black and white wedding cake coming up in August. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep the black icing from bleeding on the white icing? I want the cake to look very clean. Any help or ideas???!!! Thanks so much in advance!
Okay...so how can I stop this from happening or reduce the risk...I've done cakes before that look perfect and by the time the event comes around...colours are starting to bleed...esp on white cake...or the white cake is the problem....and hints?
