I have a bride coming in for a tasting on Monday, that is getting married in October. She wants a fall theme with fall flavors. I have made up a caramel pecan cake, caramel cake, spice cake, and an apple spice. I need some more filling ideas.

I'd suggest the simple cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream. You can also make some caramel filling.
