Your cake turned out fantastic.

Now I'm confused....did you FROST your cake in ganache? Or use it as a filling?
I've done the drippy ganache; and I've whipped it up for frosting.

Did you use it like a fondant somehow? I've also only done chocolate. Could you post recipe for WHITE chocolate please? I love trying new things and love white chocolate. Thank you.

I actually did both, I used it to fill the cake, then added a little more choc and covered the cake. I used a 3:1 ratio for the white choc.

Thank you! Does it harden since it has chocolate in it? Want to try it, but I hate it when it doesn't turn out for me. Any tips?

Yes it hardens, then go back after it hardens, with a metal spatula and very hot water and smooth it over until perfect. You get it way smoother than buttercream and sturdier too!
