My uncle would like a strawberry cake with lemon icing. I would like to put some filling inside. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

You can use lemon curd or strawberry jam as filling.

How about lemon pudding or my lemon icing mixed with strawberry jam? I am very new to this and don't want it to taste bad.
