I'm kinda new at decorating with gumpaste.
I often have to make/decorate my cupcakes a day before the event.
I let the gumpaste flowers dry completely. I let the buttercream frosting set.
Then I cover them to keep them fresh overnight. In the morning- my gumpaste flowers are melted, mushy globs! How do I keep my cupcakes fresh and moist without ruining my gumpaste flowers?
