Okay, I'll try this one last time: Substitute fresh lemon juice for the water/milk liquid portion of the recipe and add grated zest of one lemon. Hope that helps (and I hope this posts!) icon_biggrin.gif

Spills do you use that cecipe for the filling too or do you have a recipe for a filling on a lemon cake?
