Ok, I have never had to use pillars as I have only done stacked cake contruction.
Here is a description on the wedding cake I am doing for next weekend..
6 in , 10 in, 14 in
fondant covered with black ribbon around bottom.
separated about 3 inches between each tier and a lot of red roses in between..
my question is, is the 2 plates method with the pillars my best and safest choice??!
I have heard of spiked pillars..and I am soo new to the pillar idea i have no idea where to start...
and please give me advice on how to construct this overall...
THANKS
