I am new to cake decorating, I have just done my second fondant cake. I do not know how to make gumpaste/fondant flowers. I used an online tutorial for roses, but they didn't come out so great, I am sure it takes some practice. Does anyone know of a video I can buy, or the link to youtube videos that I can learn more from?

The help is appreciated!

Nicholas Lodge has a series of excellent and reasonably-priced DVDs - I highly recommend them thumbs_up.gif . You can order from Global or from Nick at ISAC. They are very detailed - most DVDs cover two specific flowers. He also has one called DVD Catalog (or similar) that shows the various gum paste tools and how to use each one - very good basic information for those just starting with sugar paste.
