I have an order for 30 cupcakes for tomorrow. It is my first order for cupcakes since I just opened my shop July 1. They definitely want moist cupcakes and have ordered chocolate. I suggested a chocolate filling thinking this would assure them to be moist. The cupcakes are Martha Stewart's Devil's Food cupcakes with chocolate ganache frosting. I'm wanting to know if I can use the chocolate ganache as the filling?
