Hi everyone,
I remember seeing a discussion somewhere on CC about how to make sugar tiles in the last two months. I did not pay attention to it at the time, did not think I needed it, but now I do... The discussion was a result of one of the cake challenges on Food Network and one of the decorators (I think she was from Arkansas) made these tiles to go around one of the tiers. Anyone remember? Know how I can figure out how to make them?
Thanks, P

I saw the episode yr talking about. If my memory serves me correctly the decorator used a template or a stencil. I'm getting older so I hopew that I remember correctly, lol. Oohh I just thought of something. Maybe you could try using a square silicone mold even an ice tray(silicone). Just only pour a lil bit of hot sugar mixture into the bottom and let cool then release them. Just a thought. HTH
