I need your help. I need a strawberry filling for a wedding cake..PLease!!

i love this. im in az too and its fine not being refrigerated. i refrigerate it to get it to cool and thicken faster.
what i like to do is mix my buttercream with smuckers simply fruit seedless strawberry spread. the mixture is delicious and tastes just like a strawberry milkshake! i'm not sure if that'll help anyone since its more like a strawberry buttercream, but i hope it does bc its soooo yummy!

Thank I am going to try it. Just hope it doesnt compromise the the stability of a three tier wedding cake. What are your thoughts?
