I'm getting the hang of Sugar Shacks bc, so I have made it a couple of times. Now I have a very large container of it. How long can I store that large container without refridgeration. I'm thinking a couple of months? icon_surprised.gif

Hi, you can freeze it for good 2-3 months! icon_biggrin.gif

I made a 6 qt. batch and have a lot left over so I'd also like to know the answer for unrefrigerated.

I HAVE KEPT IT 2-3 WEEKS AT COOL ROOM TEMP. AFTER THAT I FREEZE
