I was searching online for some pictures of Carousel cakes and found a few I like. But I was just wondering if anyone has made one, or has some tips. I haven't decided what to use to make the horses, whether I use a horse chocolate mold, cookies, or plastic horses. I'd like to make as much of the cake as edible as possible.
Also, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to support the cake?
