Gelatin can be found in any supermarket, near the Jello. The Knox brand is in an orange box, three packets to a box. My local Ralph's/Kroger has their own plain-wrap brand in a white and orange box for a few pennies less per pack. You only need one pack (not necessarily all of the gelatin inside btw...I forget how much) for a single batch. Good luck! It's a great fondant recipe.
