Michaels has their cricut machines on sale this week, reg. 199.99 for 99.99. Is this a good price for this machine? Is it cheaper anywhere else?

Here is Canada this week at Michael's they had the Cricut Personal on for $129.00 regular $269.00....The expressions was way more but for what I want to do I though the smaller one was more affordable.
Some have said check Ebay or Amazon..but be careful for refurbished units and not new!
