What is the order of placement? I'm going to attach fondant to three tiers. So do I place fondant first and then attach the tiers OR put the tiers together first, then cover in fondant? Thanks

Thanks! so do you even bother by putting a support down the middle or just stack them with - piping gel or corn syrup?
