I dont know if I will be able to pace myself next week. I took on 3 cakes and an order for NFSC all for the same day (July 18th)... for extra money. But the truth is I am nervous if I will be able to get them done even if I dont sleep! I have a stacked (6" and 10") luau cake, a sculpted (tow mater "cars" cake to cover in fondant in which I have never done, a fishing themed cake with fondant person, and 2 dozen cookies. What can I do to get some things done before Friday but wont ruin any of it?? ANY TAKES? Please help 
even though it's a small batch of cookies you could bake and decorate them (RI or fondant?) then freeze until the day before. make all your figures and pieces (luau flowers or palm trees ect...) ahead so they have pleanty of time to dry (make extras) bake the wed, make your icings thurs and start putting it together- is there anyway you can keep one or more in the fridge or arrange for earlier pickup? hope that helps
