Sounds to me like she's using the "It just didn't taste good" as an excuse for her rudeness. She probably knew all along that she was going to use someone else and just wanted to play the numbers game. Don't take it personally...easier said than done, I know. Your ratio of people who like and dislike truly speaks for itself. Consider it a blessing in disguise...if she was that particular in the pre-booking phase, just imagine what it would have been like trying to keep her happy on her wedding day! YIKES!
