OK- so we've been working with a realtor for a while now, looking at houses and putting in bids, only to be outbid and not get the houses. My realtor has been looking and looking for us and doing a good job. Oh, and she happens to be my neighbor too. A really nice person. So today we went out again, and put in another bid (yeah).
If all goes well and we get this house, I'd like to make her a "thank you cake".
besides a cake with a house and sold sign, can anyone come up with any other ideas I could do??
