I have a question I see alot of these cake shows and in the background once and awhile they show them using pizza ovens to bake thier cakes.

Is that the best way to bake a cake? What is the deal with that?

I'm interested to hear this, as well! My oven seems to be unable to bake ANYTHING evenly, but I have one of those counter-top convection ovens I could try...but I"m scared to use it for fear of ruining the cake!
