How To Make/assemble This Cake?

How do you assemble this cake? Do you have to carve? Thanks.

I think this is done with foam wedges. I have never done one but maybe someone else could explain. thumbs_up.gif

yes, you use foam wedges in between the layers and stick the roses in the foam.

Can I ask if you still would use the center dowel method here? Wouldn't that put foam pieces in the cakes if you do? Sorry if it seems like a silly question, I am just wondering.

I do not use the center dowel method on this one. I still used the other dowels to support the weight.
