Help! How To Make Tiera?

Hey, I am new to making cakes and I would love to know how to make a tiera for the top of my cake. Can anyone please help? Thanks!!

i seen a template in the galleries before, im sure its still there just search it

if you look in the article section, there is a "how to" for making Royal Icing Tiaras, in the Tutorial Section.
