I have another fondant question.
Do you refrigerate your cakes after they have been covered with fondant?
And if you do, do you have any problems with fondant bleeding?
I am wanting to try new fillings some of which need to be kept refrigerated.
I was a little afraid to completely decorate a cake with fondant( with different colors and all) then put it back in the frig.
Any advise????

I always do it all the time--even if I use ganache. I use Satin Ice btw.

Can you also refrigerate the finished cake using marshmallow fondant?

I had to refrigerate a fondant covered cake today due to the fillings, however, when taking it out of the fridge to finish decorating.......mine did sweat quite a bit. None of my colors bled (including black), but I place the cake in front of a fan until the moisture is gone. Some always put their fondant covered cakes in fridge and others don't at all.
