Help!! I just had a request for a a 3 tier fondant covered cake. She wants the bottom tier to be carrot cake and the other two tiers banana. I found recipes on here however am scared that they won't hold the fondant because I did a strawberry cake a few weeks ago and it was so moist that when I covered in fondant it just cumbled =( Oh yes 2am in the morning and had to redo a tier (talk about tear) She also requested cream cheese frosting. Is this possible with a fondant covered cake? I have always just used buttercream. Thank you so much!!!!!
