What do you use to "core" your cupcakes to prep them for filling?

i don't... i just use a long tip and pop it in, fill it up... it depends on the filling, i suppose!

Ditto to cakenicing4u, I insert a pastry bag into the cupcake and just fill till the cupcake popped up a little, then you know it is filled.
