I'm getting ready to open a cake studio and it has plenty of space. It will be by appointment only so no walk-in customers. If anyone's interested in opening their own business, you could split the rent with me. We would keep our businesses separate but just share a commercial baking kitchen. I so wish I lived in Louisiana! This is my dream, too! I have been asked by others in my area if they could go into business with me, but for reasons, there hasn't been the right person/people yet. I wish you the BEST in your ventures!
