Can I Mix My Bc With "sleeve" Fillings

I want to know if I can mix my BC with the fillings that come in the sleeves?? If so, whats the ratio?

I've mixed buttercream with the 'cream cheese' sleeve and it was probably 1:1. I needed more filling and the cake wasn't going to be refrigerated so it worked for both purposes.
