and chocolate ganache as the frosting go well together?has anyone tried this combination already?thank you so much for any help..the bride wants this combination for her top tier..

is it white chocolate? I think that would taste good together, carrot, walnut and cwhite chocolate ganache. I believe Planet Cake has that combo..

i'm using semi sweet..krissycupcakes, i would appreciate it if you could send me your recipe,thanks..but i have questions though, would it hold up well?wouldn't it be too soft?it will be decorated with gumpaste orchids, i'm afraidd the orchids will slide down and can i color it since bottom cake is chocolate cake in chocolate ganache..thanks icon_smile.gif ...

ill find it and post it later today you could probably add a lil merange powered to get it to crust up its a med texture
