Hi All 
I fancy doing something with chocolate... I have never made a chocolate cake and would like to have a go moulding... I have done a little research and to be honest it confuses me...
Can anyone recommend and good websites or books...
I know that you can do so much with chocolate and would really like to have a go...
I have also looked at some sites for buying chocololate in the UK and its quite expensive?
