What tool do you use to get all of your fondant ribbons to look so crisp and straight? I have been freehanding the ones I do, and they do not look professional at all. Any tips/suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!!

I also use the Wilton ribbon cutter and love it. I cut on a hard surface to get clean edges.

for narrow ribbons, I use an herb cutter - it's like a pizza cutter w/a few wheels so you cut like 4 at the same time. icon_smile.gif

I use a quilting template and an xacto knife. I also have a rolling cutter and use it too if I only need one cut.

Thank you! You guys are so helpful - I picked up a ruler the last time I was at the store, so I will give that a whirl, and I like the gardening tool idea, too- thank you!!!!!

Pizza cutter and a ruler for wide ribbons, and a pasta cutter for thin ones

You can find them anywhere they sell kitchen stuff. I saw them in Target the other day hanging on the wall display near the measuring cups & spatulas.
