A friend wants a present cake. It would be a 9 inch square, double layer cake with likely a buttercream filling and fondant decorations. This is my absolute first time making a cake by order so please give me an idea how much to charge her? p.s. I live in Canada.

Thank you both for your replies/ advice. I have a hard time figuring out the really specific stuff eg. flour, eggs, sugar. Fondant and icing are easy to calculate. I think checking around is a good idea but I hope she doesn't want to pay grocery store prices....Thanks again!
