I just recently ordered some 4mm pearlized sugar pearls and I dont know why I didnt realize this but they are really small. So I was going to order some 8mm pearls but the ones I found on countrykitchen that are 8mm say they are eggshell and not pearlized. What is the difference?? Thanks!!!

Weird! Sounds like they are ivory or something. I just order some from pfeil & holing (huge container/bottle) and they were more ivory than white and I believe they called them 'sugar pearls'. I had to go with "antique white" satin ribbon on the cake to match. After it was all finished it looked just as white as other pearls that really are white! (it's my most recent photo upload - 4 tiered cake - if you need to see an example.

Hope this helped....

Thank you, looking at your picture definitely helped me. I want to use them as a bottom border on an upcoming cake and those look like what I had in mind, not the small ones I ordered! Thanks again!!!
