This is the first time using this recipe. I just made 2 batches of Indydeb's butter cream (You are a goddess!) Since it used milk, must it be refridgerated as well as the cake? BTW, I used 1 tsp of creme bouquet flavoring...yum!
No. I never refrigerate this icing. I never understood the science behind it, but since coming on CC, I've learned that the milk and sugar stablize each other.
