I'm making a round tiered wedding cake and it needs to seve 90, I'm having a hard time figuring out what size pans and how many tiers it should be...It does need to be atleast 3 tiers (brides request). If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
According to the Wilton chart for wedding cakes (which I use for everything) a 6-8-12 would have 92 servings, and a 6-9-12 would have 100 servings. I would personally prefer the 6-9-12, just because I'm obsessive about symmetry and even spacing. Hope that helps!
