Does buttercream freeze well?
How about Indydebi's recipe?
How about filled cupcakes?
Cookies decorated with glace'?
If they don't freeze well, how long will these stay fresh in refrigerator?

I freeze a frosted cake with a cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar frosting. NEVER had a problem. I crumbcoat and freeze. Then frost and decorate a frozen cake. If I need it soon, I leave it out. If not, Back in the freezer. BTW smoothing frosting with a hot spatula is easy when frozen.
