The recipe calls for (cream), exactly what is cream ?
What if I don't have it, can you use something else ?

Cream is the heavy cream or whipping cream that you can get at the grocery store - I have used both, and haven't really noticed a difference.
I don't know what you would use if you don't have cream though - I'm not sure if there are any other options. Hopefully someone will, though!!

It should be the 35% cream that you buy at the grocery store. I don't think you can use anything else, not sure what else you would want to use.
